Ipswich City Bearings & Power Transmission Pty Ltd was originally formed by three local and well known faces in the bearings and transmission industry, Wayne Gordon, Scott Tomlinson and Ryan Johnstone.

Since Wayne's retirement due to illness in December 2008, Scott and Ryan have continued to carry on as Co-Directors of Ipswich City Bearings. Sadly, Wayne passed away in May 2009 and will be greatly missed by all who knew him.

The vast experience that Scott and Ryan have in the bearings and transmission industry is well known amongst their peers:

• Scott, who started in the bearing industry 24 years ago with a national bearing company, offers extensive knowledge with an easy-going, friendly approach. He prides himself on his outstanding customer service and ensures his well known reputation amongst his peers and customers of getting things done regardless of effort is maintained.
• Ryan has been working in Power Transmission for the last 17 years and has been the reliable driving force that keeps all customers’ production operating continuously, from the small business to the large multi-national companies. His passion and dedication to help people has seen him develop a strong bond with his customers.

Ipswich City Bearings & Power Transmission is situated at 10/53 Briggs Road, Raceview. They are open Monday to Saturday, with a 24 hour emergency telephone number to ensure the high level of customer service is continued after hours.
